Lisa S. Broder

Lisa S. Broder joined Russo & Rizio in December, 2018.  She concentrates her practice in Commercial Lending, Corporate and Business Law and Commercial and Residential Real Estate.   Lisa began her legal career as a corporate finance attorney with Holland & Knight LLP in New York.  She recently served as the business manager for one of Connecticut’s largest matrimonial law firms.

Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Loyola University in Maryland.   She received her juris doctor, cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law in New Yok where she was Associate Managing Editor of the St. John’s Law Review.   Lisa is admitted to the bar in the State of New York and the State of Connecticut and is a member of both the Connecticut and the Fairfield County Bar Associations.   She currently serves as an Honorary Board Member of The Tiny Miracles Foundation and has served as Treasurer and Co-President of local Parent Teacher’s Associations.

Lisa grew up in Monmouth County, New Jersey and now resides in Fairfield, Connecticut with her husband and three children.
