Stanton H. Lesser

Stanton has been practicing law in Fairfield for over forty years.  He practices in the areas of Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Business Acquisition and Sales, Civil and Criminal Litigation.  He has served as an impartial hearing officer for the State Board of Education for more than 25 years.  He has also been involved in Town politics for forty five years, having served on the Fairfield Representative Town Meeting, Board of Finance, Town Selectman, a Member of the Fairfield Arts Council, the Fairfield Housing Authority, the Economic Development Commission, the Parking Authority.  He served as Chairman of the Conservation Commission and was Fairfield Town Attorney for seven years.

Stanton graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and with a Juris Doctorate from Western New England School of Law.  He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and the Federal District Court of Connecticut.

Stanton is married to Jill and they have one adult son, Evan.  Stanton is also a licensed private pilot.
