Attorney Petroccio represents commercial banks, lenders and other debt and equity providers in all areas of commercial lending including acquisition and construction financing, permanent mortgage financing, syndicated loans and participation agreements. Mr. Petroccio’s practice also includes asset based lending, commercial finance and other forms of secured transactions, including revolving loans, term loans and letters of credit to various types of businesses.

Attorney Petroccio also represents businesses in corporate matters as well as clients involved in commercial real estate transactions. His real estate practice includes all areas of residential and commercial acquisition, construction, financing, development and leasing, the formation and representation of common interest communities, and the representation of lenders in residential and commercial financing transactions.

Mr. Petroccio’s corporate and business law practice involves him in the acquisition and sale, organization, and financing of his client’s business ventures.
